Working Out The Prostate
OK first and foremost I need to clear the air about something here. You cannot workout the boys.
I’m sorry, it just can’t happen so please don’t strap anything to it, or lift anything with it, or whatever sadistic thing you may have seen on YouTube. If you do you might risk ending up with nothing between your legs. That is not, I repeat NOT a muscle. It is tissue that fills up with blood and expands, muscle is a protein fiber that works completely different.
Now, with that out of the way and many broken egos after, how can we make sure that we give our prostates the proper “workouts” to keep it happy and healthy?
Well for starters an active and regular sex life is probably the best way, and much more fun than the rest, just make sure that you play safe so you don’t catch something else in the process then prostate cancer or testicular cancer will be the least of your worries. This helps not only the “fluids” moving and keeping the pathways nice and clear, but it’s also a lot of fun, so grab your girlfriend/wife and go and have fun and know that you are keeping yourself healthy by having fun.
Another thing that you can do is lift heavy objects/weights at the gym. This helps your body produce testosterone and IGF-2 which helps keeps your boys happy and healthy, and you start to look better in the process. Another thing that your body produces while you lift heavy is hGH (aka Human Growth Hormone). You may have heard that some older actors like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone have been using hGH as a supplement to “stay young looking” what you need to understand is that using hGH is using steroid, one that your body produces on it’s own (in much high dosages when we are younger, this tapers off when we get older) but if you lift heavy weights you slow down that taper, plus taking the tip I gave you guys last week you might be able to negate the taper completely. In short you don’t need to supplement this just hit the gym!
The last thing that I am going to leave you guys out there with is this hit the gym at least three times a week. I know that this may seem a daunting task at times with work and family responsibilities, but I need to ask you guys who is the most important person in your lives? This answer must be yourself! I know that most guys out there out there families first and while this is admirable if you are the bread winner at home and you get prostate cancer then what? Especially when it could have been prevented by just hitting the gym for an hour, three times a week. It just seems silly to me.
I will leave you guys with this, if you guys adhere to this (workout 3 x times a week, and last weeks tips on eating for the Prostate) I promise you that you will not only live a longer life you will make the Mrs. very, very happy. Happy wife, happy life.
