Spring into Summer

Well it’s finally that time of year.

The birds are singing the sun is shining and everybody is going into frantic mode to get the beach body that they should have been working on from the beginning of the year. If this sounds like you don’t worry I will get you beach body ready with this months blog posts and you’ll have a blast doing it to boot.

This month we are going to look at:

• Fruits: Natures Natural Energy Drink. In this blog post we are going to dive into how to maximize the power of fruits, and which fruits you should be eating/drinking.
• HIIT. This form of exercise regiment is an interesting form working out that can get you the results you want in a short period of time.
• F & F: HIIT. This week we dive into HIIT a bit more and look at the advantages, disadvantages, myths, and truths about this very interesting regiment.

Now please understand weight loss really does happen gradually, if you haven’t been working out on a consistent basis then you most like will not get the body you want in a matter of weeks. The best advise for someone like this is start now and plan for the beach body next summer, but make sure you stick to the program. It really is like watching grass grow!
