Holiday Workout

OK.
I get it.
You are busy.

It’s just the time year, and in all fairness, nobody has any time for themselves, what with all the parties, and get-togethers, and kids, and shopping, and cheer, and stress, and food. There just doesn’t seem any time for yourself this time of year. I totally understand that. That is why I come across a quick workout that will have you in and out of the gym in a matter of half an hour and will kick your butt to boot. The best part…it’s only two movements per visit to the gym that’s it.

What is this amazing workout? Well it’s called EDT training (Escalated Density Training) and here is what you do:
“Rules of Engagement”
Pick a weight that you can do 10 -12 reps with ease. You need to do as many reps as you can do in 10 minutes first sessions is base line. Next workout you try to beat the total number of reps by 20% if that is done next workout increase weight by 5%.
Day 1 (Chest and Biceps)
Flat Bench Press
Seated Dumbbell Curls

Day 2 (Back and Triceps)
Chin ups (Assisted or Free)
Skullers

Day 3 (Legs and Shoulders)
Squats
Seated Dumbbell Military Press

Day 4 Rest

Every day during a workout you should some trunk stuff as well but try to add this into the beginning of the workout to prep your system for the ass kicking it is about to receive. Again, your goal is to get to each workout to 20 min first then increase mass. So, you are in and out of the gym in a matter of 40 minutes and plenty of time to make home to prep for the party tonight.
